GraphXsource was founded by four generations of apparel decoration professionals, launching in 1984 as a fully domestic embroidery digitizing operation in Dallas, Texas. As global competition increased in the late '90s, the company pivoted by launching its own offshore center to maintain quality without sacrificing affordability—eventually becoming one of the largest art service bureaus worldwide.
