You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the service provider against any costs, claims, judgments, or expenses (including attorney’s fees and damages) arising from the use of your submitted design or any services performed.

By submitting your order, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding contract for the purchase of custom graphic design file(s) created based on your submission. You accept full payment responsibility for all requested services.

1. Nature of Services

All products are custom graphic design files created specifically from user-provided designs, instructions, or materials. Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services, all sales are final.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is submitted:

Orders cannot be canceled
Work begins promptly due to fast turnaround times
Each design is uniquely created and cannot be resold or reused

3. No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after submission
Failure to review order details before purchase
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences when work follows provided instructions
Failure to download or use completed files

4. Payment Obligation

Not withhold payment once services have been rendered

Failure to pay may result in collection actions, legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction, and liability for additional costs, including attorney’s fees and damages.

Your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims or legal actions related to copyright infringement or misuse of submitted materials.

6. Exceptions

Refunds or revisions may be considered at the sole discretion of the service provider only in cases of:

Failure to deliver purchased files
Significant technical errors directly caused by the provider
